Corporate Tax Registration in the UAE
Register your business for UAE corporate tax on time and avoid the late registration penalty.
Who needs to register
UAE corporate tax applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. All companies incorporated in the UAE, including free zone companies, must register with the Federal Tax Authority, as must individuals whose business turnover exceeds AED 1 million in a calendar year.
Registration deadlines depend on when your licence was issued, and late registration attracts an administrative penalty. We register your business through EmaraTax and obtain your Tax Registration Number.
